4.1 The mixer is specially designed for the production line. It has large capacity and can fill in the moulds very fast and easily.

4.2 The male and female grooves are disgned well and very easy to use and can form good shape of the panels.

4.3. Special design of the side mould.

5. The machine can be fixed or movable according to the customers' requirement. Movable machines uses rechargable batteries. The machines are remote-controlled, it can save both labor and electricity and very safe to use.

Material: cement, fly ash, perlite or Mgo, Mgcl2 or according to what the customers have in their country.

Q1: How long is the curing time?

 A1:If you use normal portland cement, the curing time is around 5 hours. If you use Mgo, the curing time is only 2 hours.

Q2: How many labors are needed for the production line?

A2: Five labors are enough.

Q3: Can the machine make other kinds of panels?
